1. Who we are
Truerock Ventures LLC, doing business as American Cleaning Innovations (ACI), is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. GuestSet Pro is a service of ACI. References to 'we,' 'us,' or 'our' mean Truerock Ventures LLC.
2. What information we collect
Contact information (name, email, phone, mailing address); property details (address, bedrooms, access notes); access credentials (door codes, WiFi passwords, alarm codes — stored encrypted); payment data (tokenized via Stripe — we do not store card numbers); service history (turnovers performed, inspections, issues logged); photo documentation captured during cleans; and communication records between you and our team.
3. How we use information
To deliver service, schedule cleanings and inspections, process billing, communicate with you about your property, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve our operations and training. We do not sell your information.
4. Sensitive data handling
Access codes, WiFi passwords, and alarm codes are stored in an encrypted vault that is logically separate from our primary database, with role-based access limited to personnel who require it for service delivery. Security camera disclosures are captured during onboarding to protect cleaner privacy and to comply with Florida recording-disclosure expectations.
5. How we share information
We share information only with: our service providers (cleaners, inspectors, supply vendors) on a need-to-know basis; payment processors (Stripe); email providers (SendGrid); SMS providers (Plivo); and legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
6. Data retention
Photo documentation: 2 years. Service records: 7 years. Billing records: 7 years. Account data: lifetime of the account plus 90 days post-termination, after which it is deleted or de-identified except where longer retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), a portable copy, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@americancleaninginnovations.com from the address on file. We respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management, plus limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner where applicable.
9. Children's data
Our service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders and posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
