We're modernizing our systems. That's it.
American Cleaning Innovations has been providing cleaning and hospitality services in Brevard County for years. As we've grown, our systems have grown with us — and now we're consolidating onto a unified platform that gives you better visibility into your property's service history, more control over your service preferences, and clearer communication overall.
Part of this consolidation is the launch of GuestSet Pro, our packaged service tiers for vacation rental owners. GuestSet Pro is a service of ACI — same company, same teams, same insurance, formalized into a clearer service structure.
If you're a current vacation rental cleaning client, you have a choice: stay exactly where you are, or move to one of the new GuestSet Pro tiers. Both are valid options. There's no pressure to upgrade.
What's changing
Four things are different.
New billing system
We're moving to a new billing platform with better security and clearer invoicing. You'll need to re-enter your payment information once during migration. We don't store card data ourselves — Stripe handles tokenized storage, which means even if our database were compromised, your card data wouldn't be exposed.
Updated Terms of Service
Most of our updated TOS reflects how we've already been operating. The big changes: clearer language around at-will service, automatic payment authorization, the 24-hour damage reporting window, and the re-clean guarantee process. Multi-initial structure means you'll review each critical provision individually rather than checking a single box.
Owner portal
You now get 24/7 access to your property's complete history through the owner portal. Schedules, photo reports, issue logs, supply usage, maintenance tickets — all in one place. Magic link login, no password to remember.
Custom checklist approval workflow
If you don't already have a documented custom checklist, we'll work with you to build one. You review every step, mark photo requirements, upload reference images for staging, and approve. Once approved, your checklist becomes the standard our cleaners follow.

Your pricing — if you keep your current service
Existing per-clean pricing is locked under our migration grandfathering provisions. If you choose to stay on Turnover-Only service (cleaning fee only, no monthly management fee), your existing rates carry forward.
Your team
Same cleaners, same supervisors, same trucks. The relationship doesn't change. The systems behind it do.
Your service
Cleaning continues uninterrupted during migration. If your next turnover is scheduled for next Wednesday, it still happens next Wednesday.

Same Truerock Ventures LLC, same dba American Cleaning Innovations, same EIN, same insurance carriers, same physical office in Brevard County.
Your two choices
What you choose during migration.
Option 1
Keep Your Current Service (Turnover-Only)
Stay exactly where you are. Same per-turnover pricing. No monthly fee. Updated TOS and new billing system, but no change to what we do for you.
What's included
Standard turnover cleaning to ACI's documented process, photo documentation, digital checklist completion, issue reporting, your historical pricing.
What's not included
Monthly management features like dedicated cleaners, supply restock management, vendor coordination, periodic inspections, owner portal beyond basic service history. Those are the GuestSet Pro tiers.
Option 2
Move to a GuestSet Pro Managed Tier
Upgrade to one of four packaged tiers. You get systems, inspections, supplies, and at higher tiers, full operational management.
Level choice depends on your property and how hands-on you want to be. There's no hard revenue floor at any level — Complete Property Operations carries a soft signal that it's the best fit for properties grossing $4,000+/month, but the choice is yours.
If you upgrade, we schedule a property audit to build your custom checklist. Existing service continues uninterrupted during the audit and approval period — your upgraded benefits activate after you approve the checklist.

Most legacy clients should start with Turnover-Only. The GuestSet Pro tiers add real value, but only if you're going to use the operational features. If you've been happy with your current service, the simplest move is to keep it.
Migration timeline
Migration runs in waves.
Rolling waves
We're rolling migration out in waves rather than all at once. You'll get an email when it's your turn. If you didn't get an email yet, you're in a later wave — we'll get to you within the next month or so.
Migration window
Once you receive your migration link, you have 60 days to complete the migration before service goes into a paused state. After 90 days, service is fully paused pending migration. We don't want to use these timeouts — but we have to keep everyone on the same system.
How long it takes
About 8–12 minutes if you're choosing Turnover-Only. About 15–20 minutes if you're upgrading to a managed tier. Save progress as you go.

The questions we hear most.
Will my service stop during migration?+
No. Cleaning continues on your existing schedule. Migration just updates your account on our side.
Will my pricing change?+
Not if you choose Turnover-Only. Your historical pricing is locked under our grandfathering provisions. Only if you upgrade to a managed tier does pricing change — and you choose that.
Why do I have to re-enter my card?+
We're moving to Stripe-tokenized payment storage. Your old card information lives in our previous billing system, which we're decommissioning. We don't actually have access to migrate it — only Stripe does, and Stripe requires you to re-tokenize through their secure flow. It's a security improvement, not a hassle for hassle's sake.
What if I don't want to migrate?+
Talk to us. We're happy to walk through your concerns. But we can't keep two parallel systems running indefinitely — at some point, all clients need to be on one platform. The 60- and 90-day timelines exist because we have to draw a line somewhere.
What happens to my service history?+
Preserved completely. Your historical cleans, photo reports, and invoices all carry forward to the new owner portal.
Can I change my mind later?+
Yes. Choose Turnover-Only now and upgrade to a managed tier later if you want. Or upgrade now and downgrade later. Anytime, no penalty.
